• Group members must enter together. Late arrivals will be refused entry
• If Caribe Bay is closed for bad weather, power outage or any other event beyond our control, the group cannot request a refund from Caribe Bay for any costs incurred for the visit (e.g. coach hire deposit or balance of payment). Please contact Caribe Bay before departing.
• You must show the group booking form to the parking attendant to enter the coach parking area for groups without paying
• Invoices must be requested at the same time as tickets are issued

How to Book
Wait to receive a booking confirmation from Caribe Bay.
Send the list of group names, indicating if group members are accompanying adults or child group members, by email to: gruppi@caribebay.it at least 6 days prior to your visit.

Payment
You can pay by cash, credit card, debit card or cheque at the cash desk on the day of your visit. Italian legal limits for cash payments apply. If you do not pay by cash or card, remember to bring a copy of your advance payment transfer with your booking form or email them to gruppi@caribebay.it at least 3 days before your visit. Number of People Given on the Form
The group number on the form is not binding and can be changed, as long as the minimum group is 20 paying visitors and prior notification of any change is sent by email with the list of names to gruppi@caribebay.it at least 24 hours before you arrive.

Driver
2 coach drivers are allowed to enter free per coach.

Entrance
Group members must enter the Park together. Late arrivals will be refused entry. To reduce waiting times, there is a special group entrance to the right of the entrance hall and a special cash desk for groups. After paying, each visitor receives an electronic wristband which must be worn at all times, and an associated ticket. Each visitor must keep their ticket or write the visitor name on it if the tickets are kept by the group leader. If anyone loses their wristband, go to the cash desk with the ticket associated with the wristband. A duplicate wristband will be given at no extra cost. If the wristband is lost, the holder must pay the maximum spending limit penalty. The wristband is the only payment method inside the Park. It must be used for purchases and sun umbrella and locker hire. Younger visitors can have a capped spending limit wristband. Details can be agreed with the ticket office. There is a cash desk for handing back wristbands and paying for purchases before leaving the park. Delayed payment is not possible. All attractions and shows are included, apart from Bungee Jumping. Only adult visitors can do Bungee Jumping. Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The consent form cannot be signed by a group leader.

Invoice
You must specify payment with invoice clearly on the booking form. This request must be confirmed when paying for entrance to the park. You cannot request an invoice after you have paid. Please enter all the information needed for invoicing on the booking form.
